In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Wade Hampton Generals volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Greenwood Eagles.
The Generals (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Boiling Springs (Spartanburg, SC). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Boiling Springs was beaten by Dorman (Roebuck, SC), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Eagles meet the Mauldin Mavericks (Mauldin, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 16. Greenwood will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Mavericks enter the challenge with a 3-9 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Riverside (Greer, SC).
