Cathedral Fighting Irish (Indianapolis, IN) boosters exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Westfield Shamrocks (Westfield, IN), 4-2 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Cathedral moves its record to 1-2 on the campaign.

The Shamrocks now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Noblesville for a test on Wednesday, September 11. Westfield will clash with a Millers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Guerin Catholic (Noblesville, IN). The Millers record now stands at 4-2.
