California High School Flag Football - La Serna holds off St. Paul

The La Serna Lancers flag football squad scored 19 points and limited the host St. Paul Swordsmen to 12 in the Lancers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Lancers now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to La Mirada for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 11. La Serna will clash with a Matadores squad coming off a 36-12 non-league loss to La Habra (La Habra, CA). The Matadores record now stands at 3-3.
With the defeat, St. Paul drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Swordsmen host Saint Joseph (Lakewood, CA) to clash with the Jesters in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 18. The Jesters come into the test with a record of 7-0.
