In Monday's non-league outing, the visiting Beverly Panthers soccer squad scored a nice 8-0 victory over the Winthrop Vikings.

The Panthers (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Masconomet Regional (Boxford, MA). The Chieftains go into the non-league outing with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, Masconomet Regional prevailed over Saugus (Saugus, MA), 7-0, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Vikings play the Swampscott Big Blue (Swampscott, MA) in a Northeastern - Small outing, on Wednesday, September 11. Winthrop will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Big Blue go into the outing with a 0-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to Marblehead (Marblehead, MA).
