Blanchet Catholic Cavaliers (Salem, OR) backers exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Riverdale Mavericks (Portland, OR), 3-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Blanchet Catholic advances its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Cavaliers travel to Gervais (Gervais, OR) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 0-2.

The Mavericks now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Yamhill-Carlton for a non-league test on Friday, September 13.
