The Ligonier Valley Rams smashed the host Southmoreland Scotties soccer team by a tally of 7-1 in Monday's league game.
Next, the Rams clash with the North Star Cougars (Boswell, PA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, September 12. Ligonier Valley will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Cougars come into the game with a 3-4 record after their 4-2 league loss to Fannett Metal (Willow Hill, PA).
The Scotties (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Yough (Herminie, PA). The Cougars come into the WPIAL AA 4 game with a 2-1 record.
