The Frankfort Falcons football squad scored 24 points and limited the visiting Washington Patriots to 12 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Monday.

The Falcons now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Mountain Ridge for a non-league test on Monday, September 16. Frankfort will meet a Miners squad coming off a 36-14 non-league win over Northern (Accident, MD). The Miners record now stands at 2-0.

With the defeat, Washington drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Jefferson (Shenandoah Junction, WV) to meet the Cougars in a non-league test on Monday, September 16. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 0-1. Jefferson lost 48-7 in their recent non-league test against Sherando (Stephens City, VA)
