The Cougars (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Leigh (San Jose, CA). The Longhorns enter the contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Leigh beat University Prep Academy (San Jose, CA), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Acorns meet the Prospect Panthers (Saratoga, CA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 12. Live Oak will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Panthers enter the contest with a 3-4 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Capuchino (San Bruno, CA).
