The Bearcats (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against Central (Martinsburg, PA). The Dragons enter the non-league battle with a 0-4 record. In their last battle, Central was edged by Bedford (Bedford, PA), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Trojans confront the Southern Huntingdon County Rockets (Three Springs, PA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 10. Mount Union will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Rockets enter the battle with a 0-6 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Everett (Everett, PA).
