In Monday's non-league outing, the visiting John F. Kennedy Catholic Eagles soccer squad scored a nice 9-1 victory over the Pymatuning Valley Lakers.
The Eagles (3-4) will now prepare for their outing against Cardinal Mooney (Youngstown, OH). The Cardinals go into the non-league outing with a 3-2 record. In their last outing, Cardinal Mooney prevailed over Boardman (Youngstown, OH), 4-2, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Lakers play the Bristol Panthers (Bristolville, OH) in a Northeastern outing, on Tuesday, September 10. Pymatuning Valley will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Panthers go into the outing with a 4-1 record after their 4-3 non-league win over Columbiana (Columbiana, OH).
