With the triumph, Statesville Christian advances its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Lions host Davidson Day (Davidson, NC) to clash with the Patriots in a Foothills Athletic test on Tuesday, September 10. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 4-4. Davidson Day won 9-0 in their recent league test against Salem Baptist Christian (Winston-Salem, NC)

The Warriors now have a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Community Christian Academy for a Western Piedmont Athletic test on Thursday, September 12. Veritas Christian Academy will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 0-0 league Nebo Crossing Academy (Nebo, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 1-2.
