The Sayre Spartans prevailed the host East Jessamine Jaguars volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Monday's non-league game.
Next up, the Spartans confront the Bourbon County Colonels (Paris, KY) in a non-league game, on Monday, September 23. Sayre will attempt to advance on its 7-2 season record.
The Jaguars (4-4) will now prepare for their game against Scott County (Georgetown, KY). The Cardinals enter the non-league game with a 3-3 record. In their last game, Scott County gained a win over Bryan Station (Lexington, KY), 3-2, in a league game.
