Illinois High School Volleyball - Tri-Valley over Prairie Central

In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Tri-Valley Vikings volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Prairie Central Hawks.

The Vikings (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Fieldcrest (Minonk, IL). The Knights come into the Heart of Illinois challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Fieldcrest beat Dwight (Dwight, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Hawks meet the Pontiac Indians (Pontiac, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 12. Prairie Central will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 5-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Ottawa (Ottawa, IL).
