Parkway West Longhorns (Ballwin, MO) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host Lafayette Lancers (Wildwood, MO), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Parkway West moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Longhorns host De Smet Jesuit (St. Louis, MO) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league test on Thursday, September 11. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 1-0.

The Lancers now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Timberland for a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. Lafayette will clash with a T-Wolves team coming off a 7-0 non-league win over Fort Zumwalt West (O'Fallon, MO). The T-Wolves record now stands at 1-0.
