With the win, Valley Christian upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Trojans host Snowflake (Snowflake, AZ) to meet the Lobos in a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 11. The Lobos come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.

Next, the Crusaders meet the Odyssey Institute Minotaur (Buckeye, AZ) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, September 17. Northwest Christian will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
