Conemaugh Township Indians (Davidsville, PA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting McConnellsburg Spartans (McConnellsburg, PA), 2-0 in a non-league outing.

The Indians (3-2) will now prepare for their outing against Somerset (Somerset, PA). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 2-2 record. In their last outing, Somerset by Richland (Johnstown, PA), 1-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Spartans play the Northern Bedford County Panthers (Loysburg, PA) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, September 11. McConnellsburg will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 3-2 record after their 5-3 league loss to Everett (Everett, PA).
