The Franklin Pierce Cardinals soccer squad scored 8 points and held the visiting Mount Tahoma T-Birds to 0 in the Cardinals non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Cardinals now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Fife for a 2A South Puget Sound bout on Friday, September 12. Franklin Pierce will face a Trojans team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Puyallup (Puyallup, WA). The Trojans record now stands at 1-1.
The T-Birds (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Timberline (Lacey, WA). The Blazers come into the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Timberline Mountain View (Vancouver, WA), 3-3, in a non-league game.
