Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Franklin Panthers (Franklin, NC) and the host Christ School Greenies (Arden, NC), saw Franklin's soccer squad hold off Christ School by a count of 1-0.

The Panthers (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against East Henderson (East Flat Rock, NC). The Eagles come into the non-league match with a 4-3 record. In their last match, East Henderson T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC), 1-1, in a non-league match.

The Greenies now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rabun Gap-Nacoochee for a match on Thursday, September 11.
