Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Smoky Hill Buffaloes (Aurora, CO) and the visiting Mountain Range Mustangs (Westminster, CO), saw Smoky Hill's soccer squad triumph over Mountain Range by a count of 5-0.
The Buffaloes (4-0) will now prepare for their battle against Vista PEAK Prep (Aurora, CO). The Bison enter the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Vista PEAK Prep nipped Forge Christian (Arvada, CO), 6-0, in a non-league match.
The Mustangs now sport a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they host Berthoud for a non-league match on Thursday, September 11. Mountain Range will meet a Spartans team coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Fort Morgan (Fort Morgan, CO). The Spartans record now stands at 0-2.
