Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the DeSoto County Bulldogs (Arcadia, FL) and the host Babcock Trailblazers (Punta Gorda, FL), observed DeSoto County's volleyball team top Babcock by a count of 2-0.

The Bulldogs (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Charlotte (Punta Gorda, FL). The Fightin' Tarpons enter the non-league battle with a 4-1 record.

The Trailblazers now own a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Placid for a non-league battle on Monday, September 15. Babcock will encounter a Dragons squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Babcock (Punta Gorda, FL). The Dragons record now stands at 0-1.
