With the win, Sissonville improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Indians travel to Capital (Charleston, WV) to face the Cougars in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 24. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Black Eagles now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Huntington for a non-league test on Thursday, September 18.
