Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Barr-Reeve Vikings (Montgomery, IN) and the visiting Shoals Jug Rox (Shoals, IN), saw Barr-Reeve's soccer squad prevail over Shoals by a count of 4-0.
The Vikings (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against Evansville Day (Evansville, IN). The Eagles enter the non-league match with a 3-5 record. In their last match, Evansville Day by South Spencer (Rockport, IN), 5-1, in a non-league match.
The Jug Rox now sport a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Knox for a Blue Chip match on Thursday, September 11. Shoals will meet a Spartans team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Pike Central (Petersburg, IN). The Spartans record now stands at 3-2.
