Waukesha West Wolverines (Waukesha, WI) boosters went home in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their soccer squad nudge the visiting Oconomowoc Raccoons (Oconomowoc, WI), 2-1 in a non-league outing.

The Wolverines (5-1) will now prepare for their outing against Franklin (Franklin, WI). The Sabers go into the non-league outing with a 5-1 record. In their last outing, Franklin got by Racine Park (Racine, WI), 5-1, in a league outing.

Next up, the Raccoons confront the Slinger Owls (Slinger, WI) in a non-league test, on Saturday, September 13. Oconomowoc will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Owls come into the test with a 3-0 record after their 4-0 non-league win over Hartford (Hartford, WI).
