Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Pendleton County Wildcats (Falmouth, KY) and the visiting Owen County Rebels (Owenton, KY), saw Pendleton County's soccer squad triumph over Owen County by a score of 8-0.

The Wildcats (3-6) will now prepare for their test against Mason County (Maysville, KY). The Royals come into the District 38 test with a 6-5 record. In their last test, Mason County achieved victory over Harrison County (Cynthiana, KY), 3-1, in a league test.

The Rebels now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Carroll County for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 10. Owen County will meet a Panthers team coming off a 8-2 league win over Henry County (New Castle, KY). The Panthers record now stands at 6-2.
