Montgomery County Wildcats (Montgomery City, MO) backers left the game pleased Tuesday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Mark Twain Tigers (Center, MO), 16-1 in a non-league match.

The Wildcats (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Wright City (Wright City, MO). The Wildcats enter the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Wright City was routed by North Callaway (Kingdom City, MO), 12-0, in a non-league challenge.

The Tigers (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Bowling Green (Bowling Green, MO). The Bobcats enter the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record.
