The Ames Little Cyclones were victorious over the visiting Marshalltown Bobcats volleyball team by a margin of 3-0 in Tuesday's league outing.
The Little Cyclones now possess a 7-4 record. They play next when they host Des Moines Christian for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 11. Ames will play a Lions team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center (Guthrie Center, IA). The Lions record now stands at 2-8.
With the loss, Marshalltown drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Dallas Center-Grimes (Dallas Center, IA) to play the Mustangs in a non-league game on Saturday, September 13. The Mustangs enter the game with a record of 3-5.
