The Anacostia Indians volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Phelps Architecture, Construction & Engineering Panthers to 0 in the Indians league triumph on Tuesday.

The Indians now possess a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Banneker for a DCIAA game on Thursday, September 11.

The Panthers (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Eastern (Washington, DC). The Ramblers go into the DCIAA game with a 4-0 record. In their last game, Eastern gained a win over Bard (Washington, DC), 2-0, in a league outing.
