Apache Junction Prospectors (Apache Junction, AZ) backers were pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host NFL Yet Academy Eagles (Phoenix, AZ), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Prospectors (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against ALA - Anthem South (Florence, AZ). The Titans come into the non-league challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, ALA - Anthem South lost by Phoenix Christian (Phoenix, AZ), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Eagles play the BASIS Flagstaff Yetis (Flagstaff, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 11. NFL Yet Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Yetis come into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Dishchii'bikoh (Cibecue, AZ).
