The Woodson Warriors volleyball team (Washington, DC), was knocked off 2-0 in Tuesday's league contest with the visiting Bell Griffins (Washington, DC)
The Griffins (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Jackson-Reed (Washington, DC). The Tigers enter the DCIAA contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Jackson-Reed notched a victory over Roosevelt (Washington, DC), 2-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Warriors meet the KIPP College Prep Panthers (Washington, DC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 10. Woodson will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
