In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Bryan County Redskins volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Johnson Atomsmashers.
The Redskins (9-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Savannah (Savannah, GA). The Bluejackets come into the 1A Area 3 challenge with a 3-9 record. In their last challenge, Savannah lost by Beach (Savannah, GA), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Atomsmashers play the Islands Sharks (Savannah, GA) in a 3A Area 3 game, on Thursday, September 11. Johnson will attempt to advance on its 3-13 season record. The Sharks go into the game with a 11-6 record after their 2-0 non-league win over New Hampstead (Savannah, GA).
