The Cardinals (5-8) will now prepare for their contest against Fort Worth THESA (Fort Worth, TX). The Riders enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Fort Worth THESA was tipped by Westlake Academy (Westlake, TX), 3-1, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Cougars meet the Pantego Christian Panthers (Arlington, TX) in a TAPPS 4A District 2 contest, on Friday, September 19. Covenant Christian will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record.
