The Bulldogs now have a 18-5 record. They play next when they travel to Brewer for a 5A Area 16 outing on Tuesday, September 9. Priceville will play a Patriots team coming off a 3-2 league win over Priceville (Priceville, AL). The Patriots record now stands at 13-5.

With the loss, Crossville drops to 2-6 on the season. The Lions travel to Douglas (Douglas, AL) to confront the Eagles in a 5A Area 13 game on Thursday, September 11. The Eagles enter the game with a record of 0-9. Douglas lost 2-1 in their recent non-league game against Brindlee Mountain (Guntersville, AL)
