In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting DeSmet Bulldogs volleyball squad scored a 3-0 win over the Deuel Cardinals.

With the win, DeSmet improves its record to 4-1 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Sioux Valley (Volga, SD) to face the Cossacks in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 16. The Cossacks go into the test with a record of 4-2. Sioux Valley won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against McCook Central/Montrose (Salem, SD)

The Cardinals now own a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Britton-Hecla for a non-league test on Thursday, September 11. Deuel will face a Braves squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Webster (Webster, SD). The Braves record now stands at 3-1.
