In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting North Nodaway Mustangs volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Heartland Christian .

The Mustangs (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Union Star (Union Star, MO). The Trojans enter the Class 1 District 16 challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Union Star was defeated by East Atchison [Tarkio/Fairfax] (Tarkio, MO), 3-0, in a league test.

The now own a 1-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to College View Academy for a non-league test on Monday, September 15. Heartland Christian will face a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Giltner (Giltner, NE). The Eagles record now stands at 0-2.
