Westwood Rebels (Sloan, IA) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Ridge View Raptors (Holstein, IA), 3-1 in a league test.

With the win, Westwood improves its record to 3-3 on the season. The Rebels host Woodbury Central (Moville, IA) to meet the Wildcats in a Western Valley challenge on Tuesday, September 16. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 4-1. Woodbury Central won 2-1 in their recent league test against Maple Valley-Anthon-Oto/Charter Oak-Ute (Mapleton, IA)

The Raptors now own a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carroll for a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. Ridge View will face a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to A-D-M (Adel, IA). The Tigers record now stands at 3-4.
