Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Christian Brothers). They were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the Ponderosa Bruins on Tuesday. The Falcons not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 24, 2024.

Josh Lewis looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over four innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Henry Ramsey was a standout: he scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4. What's more, he posted three RBI, the most he's had since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Jaxson Aurich, who scored two runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

Christian Brothers always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .513. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Christian Brothers' victory bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Ponderosa, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-6 record this season.
