Josiah Ragland Game Report: vs Franklin County

For the first time in his career, Josiah Ragland scored a receiving touchdown on Friday. He picked up eight receiving yards and one TD, helping propel Fleming past Franklin County by a score of 31-7. We rated that as his best performance since October 17th, when he rushed for 313 yards and four scores while picking up 14.9 yards per carry.
