King entered their tilt with Redlands East Valley on Wednesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Wildcats with a sharp 3-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Wolves also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

King not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Redlands East Valley between 14 and 16 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-14, 25-15.

Brooklynn Brackenridge paced King's offense, picking up six kills. Brackenridge got some help from Brielle Thompson and her 12 assists. Thompson was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Jamie Serrano and Sophia Lee certainly did their best on Wednesday to avoid the loss. Serrano had nine assists and seven digs, while Lee had nine digs.
