It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Graham Local ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Shawnee Braves, sneaking past 4-3. The Falcons haven't had any issues with the Braves recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Graham Local saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Owen Powell, who went 1-for-4 with two RBI.

Graham Local's victory bumped their record up to 13-9. As for Shawnee, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season.

Graham Local will be playing in front of their home fans against Southeastern Local at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Shawnee, they will head out to square off against Archbishop Alter at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
