Soccer Recap: Winder-Barrow Comes Up Short

Winder-Barrow was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They fell 4-2 to the Seckinger Jaguars. The Bulldoggs were not able to make up for their loss to the Jaguars from their previous meeting back in February of 2024.

Winder-Barrow's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Seckinger, their win bumped their record up to 2-5.

Looking ahead, Winder-Barrow will welcome Loganville at 5:30 p.m. on March 14th. As for Seckinger, they will venture away from home to face off against Gainesville at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Seckinger will be up against Gainesville's rather soft defense (which has allowed 8.71 goals per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
