Baseball Game Preview: Arrowhead Warhawks vs. Oconomowoc Raccoons

For the second straight game, Arrowhead will face off against Oconomowoc. The Warhawks will take on the Raccoons at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Arrowhead had taken Oconomowoc down for two straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Tuesday. The Warhawks took a 9-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Raccoons.

Arrowhead saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ethan Kirley, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI. That hit was Kirley's first of the season.

The win (which was Oconomowoc's third in a row) raised their record to 3-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.7 runs over those games. As for Arrowhead, their defeat ended a 17-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-2.
