Basketball Recap: Cambridge Victorious

Cambridge won the last time they faced Meadowbrook and things went their way on Monday too. The Cambridge Bobcats came out on top in a nail-biter against the Meadowbrook Colts, sneaking past 44-42. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Bobcats have posted against the Colts since December 29, 2021.

Cambridge has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 5-11 record this season. As for Meadowbrook, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-13.

Cambridge will head out to challenge Martins Ferry at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Martins Ferry will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Cambridge surely won't give up without a fight. As for Meadowbrook, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Crooksville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
