Timberline faced Capital in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. In a tight matchup that could have gone either way, the Wolves made off with a 53-52 victory over the Golden Eagles. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Wolves also won the last time the pair played back in February.

Timberline has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.0 points over those games. Having lost for the first time this season, Capital fell to 5-1.
