Foothill is a perfect 4-0 against California since March of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Falcons will challenge the Grizzlies at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Foothill is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Livermore just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cowboys.

Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, California's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell 3-1 to San Ramon Valley.

The final score came out to 25-20, 12-25, 25-14, 25-19.

Foothill's loss dropped their record down to 21-9. As for California, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-13.

Foothill took their victory against California in their previous meeting back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Falcons since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
