Basketball Recap: Wapanucka Comes Up Short

Wapanucka was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 41-31 to the Mill Creek Bullfrogs. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 36-23 back in November of 2024.

Wapanucka's loss dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Mill Creek, their win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-11.

Wapanucka will head out to challenge Boswell at 6:30 p.m. on January 31st. As for Mill Creek, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 45-30 defeat against Moyers on the 25th.
