Football Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Gahr

Gahr extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Camarra Brown-Stanton. The Gladiators were the clear victors by a 34-13 margin over the Cypress Centurions on Friday thanks in part to Brown-Stanton, who picked up 103 receiving yards and two scores. She didn't just play on offense: she also made four total tackles and defended two passes.

Gahr's defense made their presence known, laying out the QB eight times. Devynn Gourdine and Briana Ramirez were the leaders of the group effort as each produced three apiece.

Gahr's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Cypress, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-1.

Gahr wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 21-6 victory against Westminster on the 18th. As for Cypress, they have also already played their next matchup, a 15-14 win against Los Alamitos on the 18th.
