Softball Recap: Fort Cherry Takes a Loss

Fort Cherry was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the West Greene Pioneers, falling 16-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Rangers of the 8-2 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2021.

Fort Cherry's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.

Looking ahead, Fort Cherry will be playing in front of their home fans against Mapletown at 4:15 p.m. on March 28th. As for West Greene, they are taking a road trip to face off against California at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
