Basketball Recap: Hinsdale Central Takes a Loss

Hinsdale Central lost against Sandburg back in November of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Hinsdale Central Red Devils took a 41-34 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Sandburg Eagles. The matchup marked the Red Devils' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Hinsdale Central's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Sandburg, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-5.

Hinsdale Central will take on Elk Grove in a tournament on Monday. As for Sandburg, they will finish 2024 at home by hosting Plainfield East at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday.
