Soccer Game Preview: Davenport vs. Northeast Early College

The Davenport Wolves will challenge the Northeast Early College Raiders at 11:00 a.m. on Friday. Davenport has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 20 goals over their last three contests.

Northeast Early College better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if last week is any indication, that's when Davenport really gets things going. Davenport's defense stepped up to hand Canyon Lake a 5-0 shutout on Friday. Considering Wolves have won 15 matches by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Rylee Reisdorph and Emily Wash scored all five of Davenport's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 53 goals.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Northeast Early College's offense. They fell just short of Jarrell by a score of 1-0 on Friday.

Northeast Early College's loss dropped their record down to 10-7-1. As for Davenport, their victory bumped their record up to 16-2-1.
