Douglas waltzed into their match on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Buffalo Bison. That's more bragging rights for the Bearcats, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

One reason for the win was Douglas' just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-18, 25-14.

Oakley Moore was the offensive standout of the contest as she had five aces and three digs. That's the most aces she has posted over her last ten matchups. Natalie Neugebauer also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

They weren't the only good servers: Douglas was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least seven aces in four consecutive matches.

Douglas' win bumped their record up to 17-5. As for Buffalo, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season.
